After we coordinate the pickup, you can usually place approved boxes on your porch or another accessible spot and let us handle the rest.
Who We Are
CNY Book Rescue helps Central New York residents clear out unwanted books with free pickup. Collections can range from a few boxes to larger collections and home libraries, whether you're making space, moving, downsizing, handling an estate, or clearing out a home.
Books are our primary focus. We can also consider CDs, DVDs and Blu-rays, cassette tapes, VHS tapes, and video games as part of a pickup.

We believe books are meant to be read, shared, and rediscovered — not left collecting dust on a shelf.
Our goal is to give unwanted books an opportunity to get back into circulation and potentially reach new readers. Each book is different, so we cannot promise a particular destination or outcome for every item we collect.
How it works
